Good to know
How much does PayKit cost?
Signing up is free and there is no monthly fee. Each booking costs ₹5, however your customer pays. Recharge from ₹500 (100 bookings) to start taking bookings, and top up as you go. Cancelled and refunded bookings are not charged. The ₹5 plan shows ads to your customers. All prices include GST.
Who receives the payments?
You do. UPI payments go straight to your own UPI ID, and online payments go to your own payment gateway account. PayKit never holds your customers' money.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They can book on your booking page in any browser. The PayKit app is there for people who book often.
Can I still take walk-in and phone bookings?
Yes. Staff add them from the day sheet in a few taps, take cash or UPI at the desk, and the slot is blocked for everyone else straight away.
I have more than one venue. Is that fine?
Yes. One account can hold several venues, each with its own courts, hours, prices and staff.
Can I use my own name and domain?
Yes. Add your logo and colours, use your own domain for the booking page, and on Enterprise get your own app in the Play Store and App Store.
Is it only for sports?
No. Anything rented by the slot works: courts and turfs, pools, halls, studios, rooms and more.
