Delete your PayKit account
Deleting your account removes your name, mobile number, email, saved devices and any UPI payment screenshots you uploaded. Venues keep the bookings, payments and GST invoices that tax law requires, without your name or number on the booking. If you have an upcoming booking, cancel it first or wait until it is over.
In the app
Customers: open Account, then Delete my account.
Venue staff: open staff mode, then More, then Delete my account.
On the web
Sign in with your mobile number to confirm it is your account, then delete it.

Cannot sign in? Email us from the email on your account, or with your mobile number, and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you and delete it within 30 days.
